Production Process

Here is fabrication process for our transmission tower; however, both parties must discuss all drawings and confirm all shop drawings, technical specification, and which standard to conform. Before mass production, we must received all signed approved shop drawings and technical documents from our client.

 

 

 

Our Fabrication shall be in strict accordance with detail Drawings prepared by the Contractor and approved by the Engineer. Fabrication shall begin after the approval of the shop assembly and tests.

 

 

Proto-Assembly: 

For every new type, our factory will do proto-assembly before mass production to ensuere the safety and quality of product for client.

Warehouse and emergency supply for spare parts, damage parts and missing parts: DINGLI has built production line in Quito and warehouse for transmission line and distribution network in Ecuador, Bolivia and Senegal with common use spare parts.

 

Design and Consultant

Supported by both domestic engineering company and Quito tower design center, could provide technical consultant and design service within our scope of work. For Quito tower design center, most of the engineers are local staffs. The Design is based on ASTM protocols meantime with GB material standard, which will reduce the weight, and avoid the replacement on the profiles to save the working time.

Packaging, marking, storage and transportation
1. Before packaging, the galvanized vent hole shall be sealed, and the aging resistant rubber plug and aging resistant plastic plug shall be used for sealing.
2. The packaging shall be firm to ensure that the product will not be damaged under normal transportation conditions, and avoid mutual friction between components, components and packages, and damage to the galvanized layer.
3. All components shall be marked with component number, which shall be clearly marked before delivery.
4. The finished components shall be stored according to the single base, and pay attention to the deformation of components during placement.
5. Before the product is shipped, the packaged finished products within a contract number shall be sampled for inspection as an inspection lot, and the steel quality, parts, component size, weld quality and zinc layer quality shall be inspected. According to the judgment principle, if the class a item is not found, the batch of products shall be judged as qualified and approved to leave the factory. B If one of the items is greater than or equal to the number of nonconformities (RE), the product will be judged as nonconformity, the shipment will be stopped, the rectification will be carried out, and the spot check will be carried out after the rectification, and the shipment can only be carried out after the requirements are met.

6. International Fully Automatic Pollution-free Galvanizing Line

 

All the production line of galvanization is sealed off, it is operated by 7 workers with a yearly capacity of 160,000 tons.

 

In the new production line, we invest whole package of lifting equipment, all the loading works will be completed in our factory, in this case, it will be avoided two times loading during transportation, we are doing our best to protecting our products as always.

 

The new production line has improved on the part number tracking system, with this system we are doing better to avoid the missing parts problem
