HDFW - 12 series of outdoor high voltage cable connection box (outdoor box type ring network cabinet, switch type cable connection box) is used for power cable connection and tapping, within the product USES the high performance of SF6 gas insulation sulfur hexafluoride load switch and a touch screen type cable type joint, has strong active load and no load of cable current open and close short circuit current.Lightning arresters and ground fault indicators can be installed according to user requirements.

Each ring wire in this series is equipped with a load switch or vacuum circuit breaker.Any branch loop is free to exit and put into operation, and the other loop is unaffected.A fuse can also be attached to the load switch.When a branch circuit has a short circuit fault, the fuse on the branch circuit can quickly disconnect the fault circuit, and impact the tripping device of the load switch to make it open. The fault circuit is isolated, so as to ensure the power supply connectivity of the non-guaranteed branch circuit.

Each switch is permanently sealed and maintenance-free (i.e., 30 years).No bare electric rest, moisture, dust, condensation.Manual spring energy storage operating mechanism can be added with electric operating mechanism and control unit to realize electric and remote operation (optional), and FTU can also be installed to realize automatic distribution network.

Outdoor box: with 2.5mm thick stainless steel plate welding forming, according to user requirements for the appearance of mirror or sand spray (camel gray or environmental protection green}.

Within the framework;It is welded by steel plate and profile and cast by hot plating.The load switch and the cable connector of incoming and outgoing wires are fixed on the cabinet frame and installed in the outdoor box.

Cable access cabinet: touchable shielded cable connector with live display.

Supported by both domestic engineering company and Quito tower design center, could provide technical consultant and design service within our scope of work. For Quito tower design center, most of the engineers are local staffs. The Design is based on ASTM protocols meantime with GB material standard, which will reduce the weight, and avoid the replacement on the profiles to save the working time.
