1. Use and Characteristics
This product is a gapless series protector, mainly for the protection of 35KV and below high voltage motors, transformers, shunt compensation capacitors, switches, cables, electric furnaces, power station distribution equipment, rectifier equipment, generators, electrolyzers and other electrical equipment. Relatively insulated from operating overvoltage and atmospheric overvoltage damage, it can effectively limit the amplitude of overvoltage to the insulation resistance level of electrical equipment, protect the insulation of electrical equipment, and maintain the safe operation of electrical equipment. Although the traditional lightning arrester can limit the overvoltage, it can only achieve phase-to-phase protection between the phase and ground of the electrical equipment. The overvoltage protection between the two phases is through the series connection of two arresters, and the residual voltage is higher than the relative voltage. 1 times, it is not conducive to the phase insulation protection of electrical equipment; and the company's production series products are combined, which can effectively achieve the relative insulation protection and phase insulation protection of electrical equipment, which can effectively limit the operating overvoltage and atmospheric overvoltage. The BWKP series protector produced by our company fully meets GB11032-2000 "AC gapless oxide arrester", JB/T9672.2-1999 "AC system with series gap metal oxide arrester" and DC/T620 "AC electrical device" Voltage protector and insulation match the requirements of the standard.

The BWKP series protectors produced by our company all adopt double sealing process structure. The outer shells of the protector are all made of synthetic silicone rubber jacket. The external connection is led by high-voltage insulated silicon rubber cable. All products are fully insulated and closed. No metal exposure outside the nose; flame retardant, explosion-proof.

Supported by both domestic engineering company and Quito tower design center, could provide technical consultant and design service within our scope of work. For Quito tower design center, most of the engineers are local staffs. The Design is based on ASTM protocols meantime with GB material standard, which will reduce the weight, and avoid the replacement on the profiles to save the working time.
