The configuration of high mast light:
1. The shape usually are dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, by high strength steel plate after cutting,

bending,automatic welding, the general height is 25m, 30m and 35, the maximum wind resistance design

of up to 60 meters / second.

2. In the functional framework, but also to decorative materials mainly to steel, steel pipe, lamp post, lamp

plate are hot dip galvanizing.

3. Electric lifting system consists of electric motor, winch, three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire rope

4. The guiding and unloading system is composed of guide wheel and guide arm to ensure that the lamp plate

does not move transversely.during the lifting process. When the lamp plate is in place, the lamp plate can be

automatically dropped and locked by the hook.

5. lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 to 24 lamps, 400 W, 1000 W, metal halide (white light), light and

floodlight.The computer time controller can automatically control the switching time, part lighting or full illumination,

the underground foundation is equipped with 1 1 meter long grounding wires and is welded with the underground bolt.

 International Fully Automatic Pollution-free Galvanizing Line

All the production line of galvanization is sealed off, it is operated by 7 workers with a yearly

capacity of 160,000 tons.

In the new production line, we invest whole package of lifting equipment, all the loading works will

be completed in our factory, in this case, it will be avoided two times loading during transportation,

we are doing our best to protecting our products as always.

The new production line has improved on the part number tracking system, with this system we are

doing better to avoid the missing parts problem

Clients from Spain visited Dingli for factory inspection, we talked about the key issues faced right now,

and found ways to solve it together. They set a high value on this cooperation.

 

Product Testing:

On December 16, 2018, the steel poles FAT test for project 20kv transmission line in DR-Congo

were carried out in our company's

steel pole test workshop. Participating in the test were representatives of the Spanish EPC and

representatives team from the

Democratic State Grid of DR- Congo. A total of six representatives came to witness the results of

the FAT test. There had 6

types of steel pole were carried out the FAT test. Items of FAT test includes: Material Test, Proofing

Test and Loading Test.

Customers are very satisfied with the test results of our products. The higher test results show that

the product quality of

our steel poles is very reliable.
