multi-station flange processing system has significantly improved the precision of geometric tolerance

for each work piece. Thanks to such a process, the 190m high Huangpu large crossing steel tube

tower was appraised as a national quality project. Our factory is supplied with advanced equipment

such as 2400-ton bending machines, line cutting machines, stitch welding machines, and CNC plasma

cutting machines. With these equipment, it is capable to produce equal-diameter tubes and cone-shaped

tubes in polygon and round shape. The CNC stitch welding machine can realize one-time moulding of

stitch welding for steel tube and the welding line can achieve double-size moulding through single welding.

Our factory has been highly affirmed for its production capacity and product quality.

and clear force transmission, which can give full play to the material's bearing performance. On the one hand,
