Design
Tell us your requirements and we will design and detail a complete antenna support structure to meet your needs. All tower design is done in complete
conformance with the latest revision of Telecommunications Industries Association standard TIA/EIA-222-G/F, “Structural Standards for Steel Antenna and Antenna Supporting Structures” and other industry standards, as applicable.
Design and Detailing
We have broad experience with virtually every make and model of tower used in the South America and Africa. Because of this, we can design and detail antenna mounts and other tower appurtenances to meet any needs and to fit any tower. With an in-house fabrication facility, we can custom-manufacture the items under our close scrutinyto deliver what you need.
Our Fabrication shall be in strict accordance with detail Drawings prepared by the Contractor and approved by the Engineer. Fabrication shall begin after the approval of the shop assembly and tests.
Proto-Assembly:
For every new type, our factory will do proto-assembly before mass production to ensuere the safety and quality of product for client.

HENAN DINGLI was founded in 1963 as a small electric power equipment manufacturer, after more than 50 years’development, DINGLI now is group company dedicated on total solutions for electricity projects covering survey, design, manufacture, complete equipment supply, construction, operations, maintenance, investment and so on. We can design and produce all kinds Communication Tower, Electric Transmission Steel poles, Substation structures, Microwave Steel Tower and technical decoration tower etc. we produce light-weight and heavy steel structures, steel space frame structures, steel-structure bridges, tower-and-mast steel towers and specially precise steel structures. Our company has a full-scale concept and system for quality assurance, include ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System Certification and other Certification.
To improve the products’ quality and provide superior service for our customers, DINGLI has started using new Production Line for towers at the beginning of 2018. The production line is the most advanced one in the ASIA, which with all the equipment from Italy (Brand: FICEP) and satisfying the most strict laws and regulations of environmental protection in China. The production line equipped with high level of automatic operation, especially the hot dip galvanization, which can meet ASTM standard, EN standard, GB standard under the computer control system.

Technical support on pre-sales stage. DINGLI has own survey and engineering company with more than 100 engineers. We have special pre-sales engineer to work with customer at early stage of the project.

Site assistance in Latin American market, so far we have sales and service center in Spain, Chile, Bolivia, Peru, Ecuador, Senegal, which will make a fast response for customer.
Warehouse and Emergency Supply
Warehouse and emergency supply for spare parts, damage parts and missing parts: DINGLI has built production line in Quito and warehouse for transmission line and distribution network in Ecuador, Bolivia and Senegal with common use spare parts.
Design and Consultant
Supported by both domestic engineering company and Quito tower design center, could provide technical consultant and design service within our scope of work. For Quito tower design center, most of the engineers are local staffs. The Design is based on ASTM protocols meantime with GB material standard, which will reduce the weight, and avoid the replacement on the profiles to save the working time.

6. International Fully Automatic Pollution-free Galvanizing Line
All the production line of galvanization is sealed off, it is operated by 7 workers with a yearly capacity of 160,000 tons.
In the new production line, we invest whole package of lifting equipment, all the loading works will be completed in our factory, in this case, it will be avoided two times loading during transportation, we are doing our best to protecting our products as always.
The new production line has improved on the part number tracking system, with this system we are doing better to avoid the missing parts problem.
