Henan makes great efforts to supply a complete set of construction equipment

for Indonesia's overhead line construction

On October 30, 2020, the galvanizing process of 596 steel poles for Nepal's 10MW Makari Gad

Hydro Project--transmission line has been completed. The transfer truck will transfer all steel

poles to the factory warehouse for the next packing work. Q460B high strength structural steel is

used for all steel poles in this project, which completely replaces the previous Q355B design

scheme of the customer. Optimized design for customers, weight have decreased of about 10%.

It greatly reduces the transportation pressure of customers in high altitude mountainous areas,

and saves about 20% transportation cost. The zinc coating standard is ASTM-A123, and the zinc

coating thickness and adhesion fully meet the requirements of the standard. All products

have been placed, waiting for customer representatives to come to the site for inspection.
