Recently, due to COVID-19, our client can’t come to China to do the FAT test before product delivery.

We had an online FAT service for client.

Based on every step test procedure, we did the FAT test and made record by video. By this way,

our client can check online, have a real-time communication to get the result & data.

We answered every questions during the testing, our client are satisfied with our efficient service.

The online test is an upgrade of our customer service during the epidemic. Although the overseas

customers could not come to China for on-site testing, our assistance ensured the normal operation of the work.
