Supply Steel Structure for Siemens Substation project in chile

We have completed all the production of steel structure with 8 models, and successfully conducted live vedio

inspection with customers, all the tests were a complete success!

The angle steel, as required in the drawings, is cut into the angle of 45 without bolting to the diagonal and transverse

bars and to the diagonal edge of 45 to ensure edge safety. After careful measurement, the dimensions, aperture,

pore spacing and other information of all components all meet the requirements of the drawings.

During the live delivery inspection, we witnessed the galvanizing test of steel structure parts through the form of

video, including zinc layer uniformity test, zinc layer quality test, zinc layer attachment test, etc. The customer was

very satisfied with the experimental results.
