Well-known European electrical brands reach deep cooperation agreements

In March 2021, after half a year of discussion, Henan Dingli made great efforts to reach in-depth

cooperation agreements with factories of European well-known electrical brands (ABB, Siemens,

Schneider) in China. This cooperation agreement combines the superior products and classifications

of the above-mentioned factories in detail, and through integration with the Dingli industrial chain,

strives to provide customers with more price-competitive products.

The specific cooperation content is as follows:

Dingli and ABB reached a cooperation agreement for the following products: 110kV GIS, 110kV circuit

breaker, 110kV ~ 220kV disconnector, 110kV ~ 220kV CT & Pt, Substation protection device, mns2.0,

mns3.0, UniGear

Dingli and Schneider reached a cooperation decision on the following products: Distribution protection

device, blokset, soft start

Dingli and Siemens reached a cooperation resolution on the following products: 220kV GIS, 220kV circuit

breaker, Substation protection device, 8DA, 8DC, 8PT

According to the cooperation agreement, the above companies will great support the European and South

American markets, provide the maximum discount price based on Dingli’s current annual sales forecast of

electric power equipment. Through two-way cooperation, the above brands will purchase equipment brackets

and other accessories to continuously optimize product prices. For projects with good good customer credit,

the above companies are willing to provide up to 90 days of accounting period support for our customer,

and provide competitive on-site services according to China's labor cost.

In the next three years, Dingli will work with ABB, Siemens and Schneider to provide more cost-effective

electrical products.
