Product Description
Electricity Grid Line Hardware Galvanized Transmission Line Fittings
U type shackle is used for connecting insulator string of transformer substation to overhead transmission line or
fixing stranded wire to pole. It is made of malleable iron or casting steel and hot-dip galvanized. Cotter pins are
stainless steel,The other parts are hot-dip galvanized steel.

The U-shaped hanging ring is forged with round steel, which is widely used. It can be used alone or in series
The structure form of connecting fittings is commonly used, which has simple structure, good stress condition,
flexible rotation, and is not limited by the direction. The rotation angle is much larger than the socket type.
Connecting fittings include U-shaped hanging ring, right angle hanging ring, extension ring, (also known as
parallel or oval ring) and U-shaped screw.

Warehouse and Emergency Supply
Warehouse and emergency supply for spare parts, damage parts and missing parts: DINGLI has built
production line in Quito and warehouse for transmission line and distribution network in Ecuador, Bolivia
and Senegal with common use spare parts.
Design and Consultant
Supported by both domestic engineering company and Quito tower design center, could provide technical
consultant and design service within our scope of work. For Quito tower design center, most of the engineers
are local staffs. The Design is based on ASTM protocols meantime with GB material standard, which will
reduce the weight, and avoid the replacement on the profiles to save the working time.
