1.Characteristics of All Purposes High Voltage Insulator fitting
1). Main shape
Ball end fittings, socket end fittings, pig, hook end fitting, clevis end fitting, tongue end fittings, thimble end fittings,
hook eye-link end fittings etc.
2). Metal End Fittings are assembled to both the core rod for purpose of transmitting mechanical loads to the core,
which are used for composite suspension,pin,post,cross arm insulators etc.
3). Metal end fittings material and standard
Metal end fittings are ductile iron in accordance with ASTM A536.all the surface of the end fittings to be exposed to
environmental conditions are galvanized in accordance with ASTM A153.

Metal end fittings are made of Malleable iron according to ASTM,A536 and make all the surface of end fittings
hot dip-galvanization processing according to ASTM153, which meets IEC60120,IEC61109,GB/T19519,GB/T1000.2,GB/T8287.2,GB/T4056,GB/T775.3,GB/T1804,JB/T5889,JB/T5891,
JB/T8460 and other related standards.
Metal end fittings: Metal end fitting is end metal parts of composite insulator,which is assembled with insulator,
used as the installation and connection. This product is suitable for high voltage line facilities, technical reform
of city network, polluted area, power facilities, line use, high voltage line hard jumper, high voltage transmission
line, high speed railway and city light rail traffic construction,etc.

production line in Quito and warehouse for transmission line and distribution network in Ecuador, Bolivia
and Senegal with common use spare parts.
Design and Consultant
Supported by both domestic engineering company and Quito tower design center, could provide technical
consultant and design service within our scope of work. For Quito tower design center, most of the engineers
are local staffs. The Design is based on ASTM protocols meantime with GB material standard, which will
reduce the weight, and avoid the replacement on the profiles to save the working time.
