Thanks to such a process, the 190m high Huangpu large crossing steel tube tower was appraised as a national

quality project. Our factory is supplied with advanced equipment such as 2400-ton bending machines, line

cutting machines, stitch welding machines, and CNC plasma cutting machines. With these equipment, it is

capable to produce equal-diameter tubes and cone-shaped tubes in polygon and round shape. The CNC

stitch welding machine can realize one-time moulding of stitch welding for steel tube and the welding line

can achieve double-size moulding through single welding. Our factory has been highly affirmed for its production

capacity and product quality.

structure, and clear force transmission, which can give full play to the material's bearing performance. On

the one hand, it can reduce the weight of the tower and reduce the foundation force; on the other hand,

Here is fabrication process for our transmission tower; however, both parties must discuss all drawings and

confirm all shop drawings, technical specification, and which standard to conform. Before mass production,

we must received all signed approved shop drawings and technical documents from our client.

Our Fabrication shall be in strict accordance with detail Drawings prepared by the Contractor and approved by

the Engineer. Fabrication shall begin after the approval of the shop assembly and tests.
