In General:

Our Composite Insulator series products are made of galssfiber epoxy core rod, silicone rubber shed and metal fitting. The silicone rubber shed adopt the whole pressure technique,and it solve the key problem---interface electric spark puncture,which would affect the reliability of composite insulator.Connection of the glassfiber rod with metal fittings, adopts the international advanced crimping technical, which have the full automatic sound wave detection of defects system, high intension,beautiful outline,small volume, light weight, and the metal fitting of galvanization can corrosion prevention and instead of porcelain insulator.

The product is reliable structure, and take full advantage of the mechanical strength if not damage the core rod.

Warehouse and Emergency Supply

Warehouse and emergency supply for spare parts, damage parts and missing parts: DINGLI has built production line in Quito and warehouse for transmission line and distribution network in Ecuador, Bolivia and Senegal with common use spare parts.

Design and Consultant

Supported by both domestic engineering company and Quito tower design center, could provide technical consultant and design service within our scope of work. For Quito tower design center, most of the engineers are local staffs. The Design is based on ASTM protocols meantime with GB material standard, which will reduce the weight, and avoid the replacement on the profiles to save the working time.
