Product Features
ZBW Prefabricated Substation is also called European type transformer. It confirms to the GB17467-1998 HV/LV Pre-installed substation and IEC 1330 standard etc. As a new kind of power distribution unit , it has many advantages compared to the
traditional civil substation.
Advantages
1.It covers a small area. And it is also easy to remove due to the compact structure. Therefore the construction period and the occupied area are greatly shortened and the construction cost is reduced.
2.The substation has the characteristics of easy installation, quick power supply, simple maintenance, and unattended operation.
3.It can get deep into the load center and it’s very important to improve the quality of power supply and reduce loss of electric
energy, enhancing the reliability of power supply and distribution network transformation.
4.The prefabricated substation can complete the transformation, distribution, transmission, measurement, compensation of
electrical energy.
Communication functions
The ZBW European-style prefabricated substation, is made up of the high-voltage switchgear, low-voltage power distribution panel,
distribution transformer and shell. The high-voltage switchgear comprises air load switch and the transformer is dry-type or oil immersed transformer. The cabinet body adopts good ventilation structure with elegant appearance and good heat-insulating performance. The temperature rise of the transformer room and the HV/IV rooms caused by the outdoor solar radiation can be reduced to within the lowest limits on account of the upper and lower ventilation pipes. The forced ventilation device and the temperature auto-controlled device should be installed in the cabinet. The systems of control, protect, display and the lighting that installed in every unit will be complete.

Warehouse and Emergency Supply
Warehouse and emergency supply for spare parts, damage parts and missing parts: DINGLI has built production line in Quito and warehouse for transmission line and distribution network in Ecuador, Bolivia and Senegal with common use spare parts.
Design and Consultant
Supported by both domestic engineering company and Quito tower design center, could provide technical consultant and design service within our scope of work. For Quito tower design center, most of the engineers are local staffs. The Design is based on ASTM protocols meantime with GB material standard, which will reduce the weight, and avoid the replacement on the profiles to save the working time.
