DL series electric pole centrifugal machine for manufacturing Concrete Spinning Pole is according to the standard

ZBQ9200488 circle reinforced concrete electric pole centrifuge AL shaping machine the machine has four types ;

DL and DLDL*D can produce one pole every shaping process while DL2 and DL2*D can produce two DL*D and

DL2*D are specialized in producing large type poles.Formed complete set with the mould under the standard

JC364,the machine can produce circle prestressed concrete electric poles and circle reinforced concrete electric

poles which can meet the requirements of the standard GB4623 and GB396.The machine has unique design and

reliable performance .

 

Electric pole steel mould ,produced by our factory ,has two types: DMZ(taper)and DMD (equal diameter ) meet

sall requirements of the standard JC 364.The mould has reasonable structure and high precision ,can meet the

need of producing all specifications of electric poles under the standard GB4623-84 circle prestressed concrete

electric pole and GB369-84 circle reinforced concrete electric pole .

before producing, in this case, one worker could manager three different machines at one time.

3. Bridge Crane

We use special designed Crane with automatic holding system, in this case it will highly increased the working

efficiency when we transfer the parts to different working platforms. Meanwhile, it will make sure the worker are

safe in this production line for they don’t need to go inside into the centrifugal machine area and the steam curing area.

4. Mobile material baiting platform

Dingle own designed system, the baiting platform could optimize the production process into the best status.
